Written by an anonymous woman

Performed by an unprepared man

“So I think it’s fair to say that most women almost definitely do masturbate. We just wait to discuss it until we’re in an oddly anonymous but public situation like this one.”

A funny and frank insight into heterosexual female desire, read out loud by a man.

MANWATCHING begins with a male comedian being given a script they have never seen before. They read the script out loud, sight unseen, in front of an audience. This is a show about what one woman thinks about when she thinks about sex with men.

This is a rare voice – despite the male body delivering it – that deserves to be heard.

Directed by Lucy Morrison

Tim FitzHigham will be the unprepared man performing Manwatching. He is a multi-award winning comedian who has toured all over the world – once playing a kangaroo enclosure. His live show topics range from the Kama Sutra to morris dancing and have been critics choice in The Times,  The Independent, the Guardian, and the Observer, to name a few. Born in Norfolk, heard on BBC Norfolk and BBC Suffolk monthly presenting the BBC New Comedy show, he is the only man to row the English Channel in a bath tub.

Age 16+

Manwatching is on tour with house, presented with The Royal Court Theatre.
