New season on sale now!
Blog posted:4 July 2011
Fancy catching the likes of comedians DAVE GORMAN, SHAPPI KHORSANDI, MARK WATSON, ANDY PARSONS or CHRIS ADDISON?
What about amazing a capella singing from THE MAGNETS, “sit down” comedy from the legendary BARRY CRYER, or twisted cabaret from THE TIGER LILLIES?
Gorgeous flamenco dance? A spot of Shakespeare? Gripping modern drama? A family show about vampire pirates!!?!?
Well, if so, you are very much in luck, as the Autumn Season 2011 at Norwich Playhouse has all these and a lot more besides! Click HERE to browse through all our shows coming up between now and January. There is something for every theatre-hungry audience member (and all their mates!).

NEW SHOWS AHOY!
Blog posted:23 November 2009
Our spring 2010 season is here, jam-packed with amazing comedy, dance, drama and music shows for you to enjoy. Check out our WHAT’S ON page to browse through the upcoming shows.
Comedy highlights include shows from TIM VINE (puns), CHRIS ADDISON (satire), DAVID O’DOHERTY (music), LUCY PORTER (unbridled loveliness) and RICHARD HERRING (moustache based social commentary).
You can enjoy the sounds of a capella music as you’ve never heard it before from THE MAGNETS, classic jazz from STACEY KENT, or alternative cabaret tunes from THE TIGER LILLIES.
If you want to see something just a bit out of the ordinary, try ONE MAN LORD OF THE RINGS, the atmospheric and chilling ERNEST AND THE PALE MOON (our pick of the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe), or RUBY WAX in the semi-autobiographical comedy-drama LOSING IT.Â
Oh, and keep an eye open for our new (blue) brochure which covers January to May 2010, out now at a bar/shop/tourist information centre/doormat near you!
